40,000 tons/year nylon 66 project
Tangshan Zhonghao Chemical Co., Ltd. intends to invest 430 million yuan in the construction of a 300,000-ton/year nylon 66 new material phase I project of 40,000 tons/year in the existing factory area, using the company's existing adipic acid products and purchasing hexamethylenediamine as a The main raw material is to produce nylon 66 products.
Under the condition that the raw materials of hexamethylenediamine and adipic acid are guaranteed, the first phase of the project will build a nylon 66 plant with a production capacity of 40,000 tons per year. The company has built a 150,000/year adipic acid plant, and the adoption of internationally advanced nylon 6,6 production technology can further improve the adipic acid-nylon industrial chain and extend to the high end of the industrial chain.
The project adopts the international advanced continuous polymerization technology, and the maximum production capacity of a single unit is 40,000 tons per year. It has the characteristics of long operation period, low energy consumption, stable and reliable product quality, and low operating cost of the unit. Representative of advanced technology, it has strong market competitiveness in the market.
The nylon 66 project is one of the important goals for Kailuan Energy Coal Chemical Industry to move towards the high value-added field of new chemical materials.
60,000 tons/year POM project
Zhonghao Chemical currently has a set of 40,000 tons/year POM plant. This project mainly constructs a set of 240,000 tons/year formaldehyde plant and 60,000 tons/year polyoxymethylene plant. Occupying 66 acres of land, the project construction period is expected to be 29 months.
The project has obtained government approval procedures in the early stage of construction, such as government filing, energy conservation review, and environmental impact assessment approval.
