 　Recently, the "Shanghai "Big Zero Bay" Science and Technology Innovation Source Function Zone Urgent and Shortage Skills Talent Occupations (Jobs) Directory (2026 Trial Edition)" was officially released at a seminar held at the Shanghai Hongqiao Convention and Exhibition Center, covering 42 urgent occupations (jobs).
　　The "Big Zero Bay" is an important carrier of Shanghai's future technology and industry innovation source center. The Human Resources Bureau took the lead in compiling this catalog in 2025, which was formulated after research questionnaires, special discussions, and expert reviews. The catalog closely follows the needs of enterprises in the area, covering 42 occupations (jobs) in four major sections, covering five key industry clusters including aerospace economy, life health, smart economy, advanced energy, and marine engineering, including emerging occupations such as smart hardwareAssemblers, UAV drivers, gene engineering drug production workers, and AI trainers.
 
　　The shortage level is divided into 3-5 stars, with 9 occupations such as digital twin application technicians and artificial intelligence trainers rated as 5 stars, 22 occupations such as network and information security administrators and computer programmers rated as 4 stars, and 11 occupations such as information and communication network operation administrators and industrial design process engineers rated as 3 stars. Minhang District will optimize the employment training support system, establish a "directory +" linkage policy and tracking and evaluation mechanism, and ensure that skilled talents are "recruited, retained, and utilized".
 
　　Minhang District has continued to strengthen the construction of high-skilled talent teams during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. It currently has 2 national-level master craftsmen's studios, 4 municipal-level master craftsmen's studios, and 28 district-level master craftsmen's studios, 34 Shanghai's Chief Technicians, 227 Minhang's Chief Technicians, and 2 people enjoy the special allowance of the State Council.
