Recently, the 9th Henan Province Printing Industry Vocational Skills Competition was launched at the Henan Provincial News and Publishing School. The competition is divided into two groups: the staff group and the student group, both of which adopt a single-person competition format, fully covering practitioners on the front line of the industry and reserve talents from colleges and universities. Recently, the National Health Commission held a press conference to introduce the relevant situation of the new "Food Safety National Standard General Rules for Nutritional Labels of Prepackaged Food". The "General Rules" will be officially implemented on March 16, 2027. One of its eye-catching changes is to list "saturated fat or saturated fatty acids" and "sugar" as core items that must be marked on the nutritional label. Nutritional experts introduce that saturated fat is a kind of fat, and excessive intake is closely related to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. This is a key step in the precise prevention and control of chronic diseases. "Due to processing reasons, the trans fat acid of some products is particularly low, but the saturated fatty acid is very high." Recently, the "Shanghai "Big Zero Bay" Science and Technology Innovation Source Function Zone Urgent and Shortage Skills Talent Occupations (Jobs) Directory (2026 Trial Edition)" was officially released, covering 42 urgent occupations (jobs). "Big Zero Bay" is an important carrier of Shanghai's future science and technology and industrial innovation source center. The Human Resources Bureau of the district took the lead in compiling this directory in 2025, following a research questionnaire, special topic discussions, and expert reviews. Recently, the China National Institute of Standardization issued the "Notice on Halting the Implementation of the 'Leader' System for Enterprise Standards", clearly stating that the implementation and related activities of this system will be comprehensively stopped from now on. This adjustment aims to implement the work deployment of the State Administration for Market Regulation and further regulate the order of standardization work. The relevant work matters are notified as follows:
1. Termination of the relevant assessment procedures for the enterprise standards " leaders " that have been launched by 2025.
Second, starting from now, no organization shall carry out assessment, certification, consultation, promotion and other activities in the name of "Enterprise Standard 'Leader' Assessment Organization".

China will adjust the tariff rates and tax items of some commodities next year.
The Tariff Commission of the State Council issued the "2026 Tariff Adjustment Plan" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"), which will be implemented starting from January 1, 2026. Profits of high-tech manufacturing enterprises increased by 10 percent in the first 11 months.
The National Bureau of Statistics released data on December 27th showing that from January to November this year, the total profit of industrial enterprises above designated size across the country reached 66,268.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 0.1%. Among them, the profits of high-tech manufacturing industries increased by 10% year-on-year.
