At present, Jinjiang Economic Development Zone has a total of 47 enterprises in the printing industry. In the past few days, Jinjiang Economic Development Zone dispatched 8 inspection teams to cover all packaging and printing enterprises. During the inspection, the staff carefully inspected the fire safety, hazardous chemical management, safe operation of facilities and equipment, safety production education and training of each enterprise, and ordered relevant enterprises to rectify a total of 192 hidden dangers in production safety.
"We will immediately rectify the existing potential safety hazards." A relevant person in charge of a packaging company said. When inspecting the enterprise, the inspectors found that there were hidden safety hazards in the factory, such as fire-fighting facilities and safety production promotional content being blocked by goods, some goods were stacked too high, and machine wires were messy. At the scene, the inspection team immediately issued a notice ordering rectification.
Safe production is the lifeline of an enterprise. The relevant person in charge of the Jinjiang Economic Development Zone Management Committee said that in recent years, the Economic Development Zone has made every effort to implement the standardization of enterprise safety production, guide enterprises to hire safety steward consultants, and experts will assist and guide enterprises from the implementation of the responsibility system, risk identification, and hidden danger investigation. Establish and operate the enterprise safety production standardization system in terms of education and training.
In the next stage, Jinjiang Economic Development Zone will also organize actions such as "look back" to ensure that the hidden dangers of enterprise safety production are rectified in place, urge enterprises to implement the main responsibility for safety production, effectively improve the level of safety production in the packaging and printing industry, and escort the development of enterprises with safety production.
