What needs to be prepared before the screw oil press works?
There are the following aspects:
1. The room temperature of the screw press machine room should be kept at 15-20°C. If the temperature is too low, it will affect the oil yield and oil quality.
2. Before pressing the oil, the tools used should be prepared for feeding, receiving oil, removing impurities, dredging the hopper and cleaning the machine.
3. Check the transmission and lubrication system to ensure flexible rotation and sufficient lubrication.
4. After turning on the machine, run it empty first. If you find screams, knocking sounds or other abnormal phenomena during operation, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue the test until the machine runs stably.
5. The moisture content of oil seeds before pressing should be appropriate. The moisture content of ## is as follows: 8-11% for peanuts, 5-8% for soybeans, 4-6% for cottonseeds, and 6-8% for rapeseeds.
