The shortage level is divided into 3-5 stars, with 9 occupations such as digital twin application technicians and artificial intelligence trainers rated as 5 stars, 22 occupations such as network and information security administrators and computer programmers rated as 4 stars, and 11 occupations such as information and communication network operation administrators and industrial design process engineers rated as 3 stars. Minhang District will optimize the employment training support system, establish a "directory +" linkage policy and tracking and evaluation mechanism, and ensure that skilled talents are "recruited, retained, and utilized".
Minhang District has continued to strengthen the construction of high-skilled talent teams during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. It currently has 2 national-level master craftsmen's studios, 4 municipal-level master craftsmen's studios, and 28 district-level master craftsmen's studios, 34 Shanghai's Chief Technicians, 227 Minhang's Chief Technicians, and 2 people enjoy the special allowance of the State Council.
