There is no problem with the label template. Is the label printed by the label machine necessarily complete? It's not necessarily true. Many people left messages and inquired that there was no problem with the label template, but the printed label was either half hit or offset. When previewing, it was clearly OK. What's the matter? There are actually two reasons for this. One is that there is a problem with the setting of the label paper. The other is the printing setting and positioning of the label machine. For example, every time the label machine changes a new label paper, it needs to re calibrate the printer.
Let's talk about the setting of label paper first. The paper of the label machine is generally set according to the label paper, such as A4, roll paper (label paper used in the barcode printer) and special-shaped paper that we often use. Label printing offset or blank one
Basically, this happens when the label machine prints labels, because there is a gap between the label papers. Let's take a row and two columns as an example.
Here, I would like to remind you that when the label machine is replaced with a new carbon tape or label paper, it must be verified to ensure the accuracy of printer positioning.
Step 1: find the paper setting in the software provided with the label machine. In the paper setting option, set the paper height. Note that the paper width should be added with margins. For layout, select 1 row and 2 columns. You don't need to set up and down. The left and right are the margins. You can fill them in according to the actual size.
Step 2: if the label machine has not done self calibration before, when setting the label machine, you can first create a new paper. The paper fast reading setting is the size of the space between the two labels. Note that the width should not be added with margins, and the left and right margins should also be set. The spacing in the label paper spacing option can be set according to the actual situation.
Incomplete label printing of label machine:
The first step is to set the size and layout according to the previous setting method in the case of ordinary A4 and incomplete printing. It should be noted here that the printer margin is set, but, for example, when setting, the page margin set in the software is smaller than the hard margin reserved by the printer, and the printed content is incomplete first. Therefore, please note that the margin setting must be larger than the hard margin of the printer.
