The 360,000-ton Lyocell fiber project of Caideli, under the King Eagle Group, was signed in Liyang,

　　This time, Cepu invested and built the third phase project in Liyang, which has an annual output of 360,000 tons of lyocell fiber. The project adopts the fifth-generation lyocell production line technology independently developed, and has the characteristics of large single-line production capacity and high degree of intelligence.

　　On May 6, 2020, the government of Liyang City signed an investment agreement with Cynyth China. The total investment of the Cynyth (Changzhou) project is $1.57 billion, including lyocell fiber, non-woven fabric, acquisition of power plant and implementation of renovation and expansion. After more than 5 years of development, the first and second phases of lyocell fiber and non-woven fabric, and the second phase of the power plant have been put into production.
