Zhejiang Book Fair will be held in Ningbo from October 25

 The 9th Zhejiang Book Fair with the theme of "Reading Classical Culture Together to Moisturize the Heart" will be held at the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center from the 25th to the 27th.

  The reporter learned from the press briefing of the "Maritime Silk Road Cultural Tourism Exhibition" held in Ningbo on the 22nd that this book fair has many highlights and pays more attention than previous years to in-depth optimization of core elements such as classic inheritance, book selection, reader interaction, and people-friendly services. and innovation.

 

  As the main venue of this book fair, Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center will set up three themed exhibition areas: "Classic Inheritance", "Reading Integration" and "Book Charm Creation", including "I Read Classics with My Children", "Special Bookstore" and "Cultural Creativity". Nine themed exhibition halls, including "The Bookstore", bring together more than 20 "most beautiful bookstores" and cultural and creative peripheral products from major publishing houses and cultural units. In addition, more than 300 publishing houses inside and outside the province will display the Party's innovative theoretical works, national outstanding quality publications, local cultural quality publications, and recently published new books, totaling more than 30,000 kinds.

 

  In addition to the main venue, more than 100 branch venues will be set up in cities and counties (cities, districts) across the province to hold thousands of national reading activities to jointly create a rich atmosphere of "book-loving Zhejiang" and "cultural integration".

 

  In terms of celebrity activities, three Mao Dun Literature Prize winners, including Sun Ganlu, Liu Xinglong, and Wang Xufeng, as well as best-selling authors such as Ma Boyong, Ye Xin, and Fan Deng, will conduct book signings, new book releases, and theme lectures inside and outside the book fair.
