A few days ago, reporters learned from the State Administration of Taxation that the latest value-added tax invoice data showed that in the first three quarters of this year, my country's economy was generally stable and making progress. The development of new productive forces was accelerated, the unified market was steadily advancing, and the green and low-carbon transformation was accelerated. , showing positive highlights in many fields such as industrial operations, new energy industries, equipment updates and consumer goods trade-in.

  Industrial operations are generally stable, with obvious support from the equipment manufacturing industry. Value-added tax invoice data shows that in the first three quarters of this year, the sales revenue of industrial enterprises nationwide increased by 3.6% year-on-year. Among them, the equipment manufacturing industry increased by 5.3% year-on-year. In particular, advanced manufacturing industries such as computer communication equipment manufacturing and instrument manufacturing were developing well, with year-on-year growth of 13.5% and 10.5% respectively. In September, the sales revenue of the equipment manufacturing industry increased by 4.2% year-on-year, 1.5 percentage points faster than the growth rate in August.

 

  The growth of new productive forces is accelerating, and the integration of data and reality is deepening. Value-added tax invoice data shows that in the first three quarters of this year, sales revenue of high-tech industries increased by 11.6% year-on-year. Among them, the high-tech service industry and high-tech manufacturing industry increased by 13.7% and 8.6% respectively year-on-year, reflecting the continued growth of innovative industries. The sales revenue of the core industries of the digital economy increased by 7.7% year-on-year, reflecting the steady advancement of digital industrialization. In September, the sales revenue of high-tech industries and core industries of the digital economy increased by 11% and 4.9% year-on-year respectively, 2.1 and 1.3 percentage points faster than the growth rates in August respectively.

 

  The development momentum of the "two new" projects is good, with a significant acceleration in September. In the first three quarters of this year, driven by large-scale equipment renewal policies, the amount of machinery and equipment purchased by enterprises across the country increased by 6.5% year-on-year, with a year-on-year increase of 5% in September, 2.4 percentage points faster than the growth rate in August. Driven by factors such as national encouragement, local support and corporate profit sharing, the retail sales of household audio-visual equipment such as TVs and daily household appliances such as refrigerators increased by 10.2% and 6.5% respectively year-on-year; the retail sales of furniture related to home decoration and the retail sales of sanitary ware increased by 13.9% year-on-year respectively. % and 10.5%. In September, the sales revenue of the above four industries increased by 29.6%, 16.3%, 7% and 6.2% respectively year-on-year, which was significantly faster than the growth rate in August.

 

  Green and low-carbon development is accelerating, and the new energy industry is growing rapidly. Value-added tax invoice data shows that in the first three quarters of this year, the sales revenue of the ecological protection and environmental management industry increased by 11.4% year-on-year, including a year-on-year increase of 12.7% in September. Green technology service industries such as new energy, energy conservation, and environmental protection grew by 22.5%, 18.7%, and 6% year-on-year respectively. The clean energy industry maintained a rapid growth rate, with solar power, hydropower, and wind power increasing by 30.3%, 13.6%, and 10.9% year-on-year respectively; the new energy vehicle manufacturing industry increased by 31.8% year-on-year.

 

  Transportation and logistics are smoother, and the construction of a unified market is steadily advancing. Value-added tax invoice data shows that in the first three quarters of this year, the sales revenue of the transportation and logistics industry increased by 10% year-on-year. In particular, the multimodal transport, transportation agency, and postal express delivery industries increased by 33.5% and 11.3% year-on-year respectively. Among them, the transportation and logistics industry in September A year-on-year increase of 10.6%. National inter-provincial sales increased by 2.5% year-on-year, 1.1 percentage points faster than the overall growth rate of national corporate sales revenue, reflecting relatively smooth inter-provincial trade in goods and services.

 

  The person in charge of the relevant department of the State Administration of Taxation said that judging from the economic development highlights reflected in the tax data, the fundamentals of my country's economic development have not changed, and the favorable conditions such as large market potential and strong economic resilience have not changed. The taxation department will thoroughly implement the major deployment requirements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council to "effectively implement existing policies, step up efforts to introduce incremental policies, and strive to complete the annual economic and social development goals and tasks", and continue to implement all the clearly stated policies without compromise. Tax and fee support policies, and cooperation with relevant departments in timely research and introduction of new incremental policies, will further promote the continued recovery of the economy.
