Chinese quality books appear at Indonesia International Book Fair

On September 25, local time, the 2024 Indonesia International Book Fair opened at the Jakarta Convention and Exhibition Center. Chinese publishing institutions organized a group to participate in the exhibition, displaying more than 400 kinds and more than 700 volumes of high-quality Chinese books, fully demonstrating the fruitful achievements of China's publishing industry in the new era and attracting many visitors to explore the connotation of Chinese culture.

  The Chinese publishing delegation was organized by China Scientific and Technological Materials import and Export Co., Ltd. The exhibition covered outstanding Chinese publications in many fields such as traditional Chinese culture, Chinese teaching, literature, social sciences, children, and traditional Chinese medicine and health, focusing on displaying new products. The image of China in the Times and the latest achievements in the Chinese publishing industry.

 

  More than 700 books on display come from foreign language publishing houses, People's Publishing House, People's Daily Publishing House, Central Compilation and Translation Publishing House, Higher Education Press, China Children's Press and Publishing Corporation, Renmin University of China Press, Beijing Educational Educational Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Wuzhou Communication Press, Zhejiang University Press, Zhonghua Book Company, Chinese Teaching Press, Commercial Press "Chinese World" magazine and other publishing organizations. The charm of China's excellent traditional culture and the modern civilization of the Chinese nation has attracted widespread attention at the exhibition.

 

  The photo-check-in interactive function of the on-site electronic newspaper reading column attracted many visitors to visit and capture wonderful moments in the book exhibition by taking photos.

 

  During the book fair, Higher Education Press and Indonesian Feiyue Chuangyang Publishing House successfully held a signing ceremony for the Indonesian copyright export of "Experience Chinese Primary School Tutorial" (International Edition). The "Experience Chinese Primary School Course" (International Edition), a student book, exercise book, and vocabulary card for 6 levels and 18 varieties newly developed by Higher Education Press for overseas primary school students, was selected into the "International Chinese Education Quality Textbooks 1+2" by the Language Interpretation Center of the Ministry of Education. Project" project to provide overseas users with international, integrated, digital and high-quality international Chinese teaching resources. Its Indonesian version will be published in Indonesia within this year.
