However, affected by the epidemic and various factors, Agfa finally announced the sale agreement on August 30, 2022, to sell the entire offset printing business to Aurelius Group. Luxembourg-based Aurelius Group has a broad portfolio including media and technology, chemicals, business services, consumer goods, food and beverages, and telecoms businesses.
