News:Recently, Shenzhen has strengthened the three-level linkage of "district, street and society", integrated administrative law enforcement resources, and earnestly carried out special inspections of printing and reproduction enterprises to ensure the healthy, orderly and prosperous development of the cultural market.

The first is to strengthen organization and careful deployment. Shenzhen Pingshan District "Anti-Pornography and Anti-illegal Affairs" Office formulated and issued the "Notice on Carrying out Special Inspections of Printing and Reproduction Enterprises in the Region", which clarified the division of responsibilities, work measures and work requirements, and required all relevant member units in the region to pay equal attention to punishment and education, and to treat symptoms and root causes Pay equal attention to source governance and channel management, strictly investigate and crack down on illegal printing and copying activities.

The second is to highlight key points and clarify responsibilities. Conscientiously summarize the work experience in daily supervision and management and special inspections, determine key areas, key work objects and key inspection contents, analyze the new characteristics of illegal and illegal activities, and target five types of key enterprises, that is, enterprises that have been investigated and dealt with by relevant departments in the past three years, Companies that have been reported and complained in the past three years, companies that have declared for export of printed materials, companies that have found illegal clues at Pingshan Customs, and publication printing companies, ensure that there are no dead ends in the work and no gaps in the measures.

The third is to integrate forces and fully implement them. Mobilize the three-level working force of the "District Street Society" to carry out special inspections in three ways. The District "Anti-Pornography and Anti-illegal" Office cooperated with the District Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports Bureau to carry out investigations and inspections of five key enterprises. All streets and communities take the lead in carrying out inspections of printing and reproduction enterprises within their jurisdictions, and establish work ledgers.

District-level departments such as public security and city supervision have strengthened their guidance on grass-roots inspections, and promptly intervened to deal with clues of violations of laws and regulations found during the inspection process. By strengthening the coordination and linkage mechanism of inter-departmental intelligence sharing, resource sharing, effect sharing, and responsibility sharing, we will gather work synergy.
