1. The filling volume is inaccurate: 

when filling a large size, the feeding tank is insufficient, causing the liquid level to be unstable. You can increase the feeding volume or close the ball valve above the filling head again, and reset the filling time ( Prolong the filling time) slow down the filling speed to solve the problem. 

2. After adjusting the digital dial or unit, the time does not change: 

at this time, turn off the power and turn on the power again. 

3. The liquid level is stable and the filling volume is inaccurate: 

there are sundries blocking the filling channel, mainly at the entrance of the trough or in the filling mouth, just check and clean it up. 

4. There is a drip after closing: 

1. The orifice of the filling nozzle is damaged, and the filling nozzle can be taken out to repair the orifice. 

2. The ball valve inside the filling head is damaged and needs to be replaced. 

5. No filling after touching the filling switch, and the digital indication LED of the time relay does not flash: the 

filling switch is damaged or the base of the time relay is loose, replace the same type of filling switch or press the base of the time relay tightly.

6. The cylinder movement is not flexible; the speed is slow

1. The air pressure of the metering cylinder is too low; adjust the pressure reducing valve of the multi-function filling machine to keep the air pressure at 0.6Mpa;

2. The gas circuit of the filling system is leaking; check the gas circuit pipeline to make sure it is sealed; 

3. The two parts of the gas source are damaged. Replace the air source coupler.
