US health care products company Attindas acquires Italian SILC company

 Recently, Attindas Hygiene Partners, a U.S. company, announced the acquisition of Società Italiana Lavorazione Cellulosa, or SILC, in Italy. Esther Berrozpe, CEO of Attindas, stated that the addition of SILC will help Attindas meet the growing demand for hygiene products in the European market. During the integration of SILC into Attindas Hygiene Partners, SILC's customers, suppliers, and other business partners will continue to operate their businesses as usual.
