  1. Project overview


  Baoan Printing Co., Ltd.’s newspaper printing machines are American Goss SSC-546 and SSC-300 printing machines . The ink supply method is packed in barrels (200 kg per barrel), and the ink is supplied through ink pumps and pipelines. The annual purchase volume of ink is about 14 tons of black ink, and about 14 tons of pink, medium yellow, and sky blue color inks. The ink provided by the bidder must be able to meet the newsprint printing production requirements of each equipment. The ink transfer and water-ink balance effect during the production process should be good. It has no peculiar smell, is harmless to the human body, and has no corrosion or damage to the components of the equipment and printing plates.


  2. Bidders must meet the following qualifications


  1. Must abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the state, have independent legal personality, and have the ability to independently bear civil liability;


  2. This project does not accept consortium bids, and does not allow subcontracting or subcontracting;


  3. Not listed on the "Credit China" website (creditcity.credititchina.gov.cn) dishonest persons subject to enforcement and parties involved in major tax violation cases (provide a printed copy of the query result webpage with the official seal).


  3. Registration: Bidders should register at the Asset Management Department of Shenzhen Press Group before 11:30 on September 5, 2022. When registering, please bring all the qualification certification materials required in the qualifications that bidders must have (please fill in the "Guidelines for Bidding Registration Qualification Review" and sort the materials according to the guidance table, and all materials must provide copies and affix official seals) and statutory The original of the identity certificate of the representative, the original of the power of attorney of the legal representative, the original of the ID card of the authorized representative (see attachments 1, 2, and 3 of the bidding announcement for details) and pay the registration fee of 500 yuan (regardless of whether the bid is won or not, the registration fee will not be refunded) ). In addition to the above paper documents, the registration materials must also provide a full set of electronically scanned PDF files (which can be sent to the mailbox of the tendering agency before the registration deadline or provide a U disk for on-site copying).

Bidding: Bidding documents should be submitted or mailed to the bidding agency before 14:30 on September 13, 2022. Bidders who have purchased the bidding documents but do not participate in the bidding, please send them to the bidding agency by mail (scanned copy with official seal) two days before the bidding deadline and call the bidding agency.
