Fujian Aedar Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aedar Group") is a comprehensive company that owns Aedar flexible packaging, Pengda packaging materials, Kailong medical and health materials, Greenland new materials, and Kaijing import and Export. Large packaging group company. It is mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sales of flexible packaging, film, injection molding, medical and sanitary materials, environmental protection packaging materials, and packaging material trade. A few days ago, the group completed the installation of the third viscosity control system built by Changzhou Bobst West Taihu Packaging Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bobst Changzhou"). The effect of the system is particularly satisfactory.

The viscosity control system produced by BOBST is famous for its technical strength. The system is integrated with the ink supply system. Its working principle is the falling ball type, and it can be controlled through the HMI human-machine interface to realize online real-time monitoring and control. operate. It is especially worth mentioning that this system is not only suitable for all kinds of gravure printing machines produced by BOBST itself , but also suitable for gravure printing machines manufactured by other domestic brands, making it a common solution for many different manufacturers This is also one of the important reasons why Aedas Group purchased multiple sets of this system.

In fact, Aedas installed Bobst’s RS 3.0 PLUS gravure printing machine in the first half of 2020. During use, it was found that the viscosity control system on the gravure printing machine can stabilize and adjust the accuracy of ink temperature , and The role of automatic cleaning is extremely prominent, and the failure rate is also very low. At that time, it was considered that if the gravure printing machines of other domestic brands were also equipped with this viscosity control system, the quality and stability of printed matter Considering the current industry status and the needs of the market and customers, BOBST Changzhou carried out local R&D and manufacturing of the system in a timely manner.

In 2022, Aedas Group successively installed the viscosity control system manufactured by BOBST Changzhou on its two original domestic brand gravure printing machines. Ding Ruiyong, the production manager of Aedas Group, said, “We have very high expectations for this system, and we have even spent a lot of energy and material resources on many researches on the ink tray system of the original printing machine, as well as reprocessing and The upgrade was just to adapt to this system. The final result proved that after adopting the viscosity control system made by BOBST, the performance improvement of the original two gravure printing machines completely exceeded our expectations.”
