 In order to further standardize the management order of the printing industry, in accordance with the "Regulations on the Printing Industry", "Measures for the Administration of Digital Printing" and "Interim Provisions on the Qualification Conditions for Printing Industry Operators" and other regulations, after verification by the municipal and district-level management departments, Beijing Xiaodu Deep Sea Advertising Co., Ltd. and other 64 enterprises (the specific list is attached) do not meet the qualification conditions for engaging in printing business operations or have terminated printing business operations, and it is proposed to cancel their "Printing Business Operation License". The list of enterprises whose "Printing Business Operation License" is proposed to be canceled is now published to the public, the time is from December 17th to December 23rd, 2025.
