Subsequently, Zhang Zhongbo, the Secretary General of the Beijing Printing Association, delivered a speech on behalf of the association. He pointed out that the C9 Printing and Packaging Quality Control and evaluation System, as a result independently developed by the Chinese Academy of Printing Science and Technology, has filled the domestic blank of quality evaluation for the entire printing process, won an invention patent with high technological content, and won a quality award. It has been successfully included in the national key project database and has become a "hard indicator" for the assessment of national printing demonstration enterprises. At present, the number of licensed enterprises has exceeded 300. The purpose of this exchange meeting is to gather the wisdom of the industry, share practical knowledge, help more enterprises master the "golden key" of quality evaluation, and enhance their core competitiveness. Yang Ning, assistant to the director of the Industrial Service Center of the China Printing Science and Technology Research Institute, detailed around the core content of the C9 system, how to replace traditional manual experience with data management to effectively improve the color reproduction, stability and quality consistency of printed products, and to ensure the quality control efficiency of the C9 evaluation system.
高级 Manager Yang Fan from People's Education Press delivered a keynote speech on "Building a New Paradigm for Standardized and Digitalized Printing Quality Management", sharing the practice and thinking of People's Education Press in printing quality and color management from the aspects of the current situation of quality management, the implementation path of color management, and the enlightenment of color management to quality management. Beijing Xinhua Printing Co., Ltd. and Zhongmei (Beijing) Printing Co., Ltd., as representatives of the C9 evaluation system, focused on the introduction of the management process and the data standardization and control of the production link, detailed the specific measures and achievements of the C9 system promotion process, and showed the significant role of the C9 standard in improving production efficiency and reducing the rate of quality errors.

During the on-site discussion, participants engaged in in-depth exchanges around the practical implementation and collaborative advancement of the C9 system. The leaders of the publishing houses mentioned that the C9 system is a key tool for improving the quality of printing, helping printing factories to enhance their management level, and is highly feasible. Publishing houses should actively participate in training to improve their recognition of the C9 system. The representatives of various enterprises shared their practical experience in the implementation of the C9 system, believing that the C9 system is an important support for empowering enterprises to improve quality and efficiency. They called for the industry to strengthen collaborative promotion and jointly promote the implementation and effectiveness of the system. The leaders of the China Printing and Scientific Research Academy also expressed their willingness to deepen cooperation with publishing houses and printing enterprises, to jointly build a standardized professional platform, and to empower the industry and help enterprises solidify their technical foundation and enhance their core competitiveness by relying on platform resources.

After the meeting, the participants visited the production workshop of Beijing Xinhua Printing Company and observed the practical application of the C9 system in each production link on the spot, directly experiencing the synergistic effect of standardized processes and intelligent equipment, and gained a deeper understanding of the practical value of the system.
