The principle of relief printing is relatively simple. In relief printing, the ink feeding device of the printing press first distributes the ink evenly, and then transfers the ink to the printing plate through the ink roller. Since the graphic part on the convex plate is much higher than the non graphic part on the printed board, the ink on the ink roll can only be transferred to the graphic part of the printed board, and the non graphic part does not contain ink. The paper feeding mechanism of the printing press conveys the paper to the printing part of the printing press. Under the combination of the printing device and the press device, the ink of the printing part and the graphic part is transferred to the seal to complete the printing of the printed matter. When the paper on the back of the printing has a slight embossment of the impression, the lines or network edges are neat, and the printing ink in the middle is slightly luminous, that is, embossing. The raised impression edge is heavily pressed, so there is a slight impression protrusion. The flexographic printing method has its own characteristics:
1. Less equipment investment, fast effect and high efficiency. Compared with the gravure offset press of the same color group and the corresponding offset press, the price of flexible offset press is much lower. In addition, the flexible printing machine integrates printing, die cutting, lighting and other processes, and can complete multiple processes at one time. It does not need to buy corresponding post-processing equipment, and the return on investment is high.
2. The equipment structure is relatively simple, and the operation is relatively simple and convenient.
3. High production efficiency. Flexographic printing adopts cylinder materials, which can not only realize double-sided printing of printing materials, but also complete combined linear light (or film), hot stamping, die cutting, waste residue, winding, etc.
