In response to the "nesting doll" packaging, the Quanzhou branch has vigorously implemented the "packaging slimming" plan. They have promoted the use of glue-free boxes in all outlets across the city, achieving secure packaging through mechanical design and special folding methods; training employees to flexibly adopt scientific packaging methods such as single-line and cross-line according to the size of the mail, reducing the use of tape while ensuring safety; and strictly implementing the "four unification" management during the procurement process, ensuring that packaging materials meet the standards 100% and promoting pollution and carbon reduction from the source.
Quanzhou Branch is actively creating a recycling scenario to promote the recycling of packaging. Recycling boxes for packaging waste have been set up in all 220 business outlets in the city, making it convenient for customers to put waste packaging into the box after receiving their goods, so that it can be reused by others when sending goods. The outlets record the circulation of boxes every day, forming a closed loop of "receiving goods - recycling - reusing". Quanzhou Post is also actively promoting PP and non-woven fabric materials of recyclable express boxes, which can be recycled multiple times through locking and sealing, effectively reducing secondary packaging, and promoting recyclable packaging models in the field of government affairs such as identity cards and license plates, bringing green services close to the people.
