The thicker card is made of ABS clamshell and RFID coil with chip. It can be made of T5577,EM4305 or TK4100,any Low Frequency(LF)
chip you want. Most of the factory use glue to put them together, but our factory use Ultra Sound Equipment, in this way our thick
card would be more fixed
