 In traditional printing technology, whether the printed matter can achieve the ideal ink color or not is closely related to the quality of the rubber roller. Generally, three components, namely, the ink transfer roller, the ink distribution roller, and the ink receiving roller, are installed on the machine for printing color products, and the ink transfer rubber roller and the ink receiving rubber roller have a greater impact on the quality of the printed ink.

  The quality of the rubber roller is mainly reflected in elasticity, adhesion, circularity and surface smoothness, among which the main factor affecting the darkness of the ink is adhesion. In the printing process, the rubber roller should maintain a certain adhesion to ensure that the ink applied to the plate surface in each printing cycle is consistent. However, in the actual production process, the adhesion of the rubber roller is unstable. As for the reasons: one is due to the increase of paper dust in the ink; the other is that the adhesive on the surface of the rubber roller (i.e. glycerol) will be lost with the increase of temperature and the extension of use time, and the adhesion on the surface of the rubber roller will gradually decrease, and the ink absorption performance will also decrease accordingly, thus affecting the balance of the ink color of the printed products. Therefore, the printing of color products should adopt polyurethane rubber rollers with more stable quality. If printing a large number of products, the rubber roller should be cleaned in time to remove the impurities on the rubber roller to ensure the printing quality of the products.
