The total investment of this project is 400 million yuan, including 358.5 million yuan of environmental protection investment, accounting for 8.96% of the investment.
The project construction includes partial technological transformation and construction within the existing factory area, as well as an additional 278.9 acres of land. The main construction content includes:
(1) Add one new 800,000 tons/year sulfate method bleached softwood pulp line, and construct a turpentine recovery system, tallow oil system and alkali recovery system (add one new alkali recovery furnace with a capacity of 6,200 tons/day of solid matter and a 1,100 tons/day lime kiln); transform one existing 300,000 tons/year bleached chemical pulp line in CP5 workshop into a 300,000 tons/year bleaching chemical pulp line;
(2) Add one new 500,000 tons/year kraft paper production line;
(3) The integrated project proposes to cancel the construction of 1 300,000 tons/year kraft paper ( earthworm ) production line and 1 450,000 tons/year white surface kraft paper production line, and adjust them to 1 250,000 tons/year cultural paper production line and 1 350,000 tons/year cultural paper production line;
(4) The denitration process of the existing engineering for 2300 tons/d solid alkali recovery furnace and 4600 tons/d solid alkali recovery furnace is changed from "high molecular denitration" to "high molecular denitration + SCR denitration", and the denitration process of the 470 tons/d lime kiln and 535 tons/d lime kiln is changed from "high molecular denitration" to "high molecular denitration + chlorine dioxide denitration";
(5) Matching the new 4 round stacks and 1 semi-enclosed long stack chip stack yard, and optimizing the existing project raw material stack yard, the 3# chip stack yard is equipped with a wind and dust barrier, and the optimization of sprinkler spray dust suppression method, the 4# chip stack yard is changed from the original open-air setting to the covered closed construction;
(6) Add a new sewage treatment station with a capacity of 20,000 cubic meters per day, and add new production auxiliary and environmental protection facilities such as an air compression oxygen station;
(7) The integrated project is to replace the proposed 135-MW gas turbine unit and the 88-MW gas turbine unit with standby units, which will only be activated during the shutdown and maintenance of the coal-fired boiler.
After the implementation of this project, the final pulp production capacity of the whole factory is 1.1 million tons/year of bleached chemical pulp, 0.8 million tons/year of bleached chemical mechanical pulp, and 1.35 million tons/year of bleached chemical mechanical pulp, totaling 3.25 million tons/year of pulp production capacity (all used for the production of paper lines within the factory); the total paper production capacity of the whole factory is 2.1 million tons/year of kraft paper, 2.4 million tons/year of scientific and environmental food-grade plastic-free white cardboard, 1.15 million tons/year of cultural paper, and 0.2 million tons/year of paper bag paper, totaling 5.85 million tons/year of paper production capacity. The total pulp and paper production capacity of the whole factory reaches 9.1 million tons/year.
