Recently, Zhejiang Taizhou Luqiao District Intellectual Property Alliance of Printing Industry was officially established, which is the first intellectual property alliance in Luqiao District and the first printing industry intellectual property alliance in the province.
It is reported that the Alliance was established under the guidance of the Market Supervision Bureau of Luqiao District and led by the Printing Industry Association of Luqiao District. At present, there are 44 member units, integrating enterprises, service institutions, universities and other forces, which will promote the cohesion of enterprises in technical innovation, brand upgrading, intellectual property layout, rights protection assistance and other aspects, and drive the printing industry in the area to improve quality and efficiency.
After more than 40 years of development, the printing industry in Luqiao District has formed a comprehensive production base and industrial cluster dominated by Xinqiao Town and Hengjie Town, which is one of the pillar industries in Luqiao District. At present, there are 417 registered packaging and printing enterprises in the district, involving publishing and printing, paper packaging and printing, plastic packaging, trademark printing and other fields. In 2021, the total industrial output value will exceed 3.3 billion yuan.
"In recent years, the industry has experienced a decline in the number of enterprises and production capacity, which has led to a bottleneck in its development. In the first half of this year, the average production reduction of the whole industry was more than 20% compared with the same period last year. My own enterprise also encountered many problems." Li Dongchun, the new chairman of the Alliance, said, "Now the Alliance has been established, which is equivalent to the common development of 44 allies and enhances the market competitiveness."
It is understood that in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the printing industry, the Market Supervision Bureau of Luqiao District actively cultivates the cultivation project of intellectual property alliance for key industries, builds an intellectual property exchange and cooperation platform, fully integrates the advantages of resources and technologies of the alliance members, cooperates in carrying out a series of activities such as technical exchange, information resource sharing, transformation and application of innovative achievements, industrial patent navigation, standard development and implementation, and assists the alliance members in mining patent resources, Layout high-value patents and deal with intellectual property litigation disputes; Six alliance systems have been set up to open up a cooperative, clustered, large-scale and institutionalized development path for enhancing the independent innovation ability of the printing industry in Luqiao District.
