After the special action, the Institute completed the Investigation Report on the Recycling and Disposal of Pesticide Packaging Wastes in Wuning County and submitted it to the People's Congress of Wuning County, which was well received. Under the unified deployment of the county government, the relevant administrative organs jointly issued the Special Remediation Action Plan for the Recycling and Disposal of Pesticide Packaging Wastes in Wuning County, forming a joint force with all villages and towns. More than 2000 pesticide packaging waste recycling devices were added in all townships and towns of the county, with a total of 1551kg of pesticide packaging waste recycled, and harmless treatment was carried out in strict accordance with the requirements.
Adhering to the concept of win-win, multi win and win-win, the Institute held a round table meeting with relevant administrative authorities in the process of supervision and rectification to solve the problem of recycling and disposal of pesticide packaging waste. This special action has gathered many forces, and the recycling work of pesticide packaging waste has been continuously promoted. The waste in the fields has been recycled and cleaned up, and the agricultural material stores have also achieved standardized operation."
Now, the county has established a three-level recycling network of pesticide packaging waste covering the county, township and village, realizing a three-level recycling and disposal system of temporary storage in administrative villages and agricultural material stores, recycling and transportation by township governments, and unified storage and disposal at the county level. All administrative organs have formed a long-term mechanism to carry out regular supervision and inspection to ensure that pesticide packaging waste is no longer "wandering".
