NT 系列UV固化/ NT-UV Curing System
诺墀最新研发生产的NT系列强制风冷高效UV固化系统以及内循环强制风冷UV固化系统，相比传统UV固化更为节能、高效、低温、安全。适用于各种有节能要求、低温固化的领域。如：超薄纸张印刷、冷烫，各种薄膜的印刷，无尘车间内的UV固化和UV隧道中的使用等。
NT系列UV固化系统的灯罩采用独特的反射镜设计，能有效过滤红外，保留紫外。在产生超高光强和高密度紫外光的同时，提高固化效率并降低被固化物表面的温度。
同时，我们采用了最新研发的超低温强制全风冷系统，克服了目前市场上已有的风冷加水冷复杂、庞大、耗电的缺点， 做到了节能、高效、超低温固化，降低了臭氧排放。只需一台高压风机，就省掉了冷却水用的空压机、大型冷水塔等庞大而耗电的附件。
NT-UV Curing System developed by Nortz is a full-blast air-cooling (internal circulation) system. Comparing to traditional UV curing system, NT-UV Curing System is much more eco-friendly and safer with higher efficiency, and lower temperature. NT-UV Curing is ideal for companies that concerns about energy saving and for heat-sensitive materials curing. It’s applicable for ultrathin paper printing, cold stamping, thin film printing and UV curing in dust-free plant, etc.
Our unique cold & hot mirror design is efficient in IR filtration. This design allows NT-UV lamp to produce higher UV intensity and provide higher efficiency in curing process.
Also, NT-UV curing system uses our newly developed cooling method: full-blast cooling. We use only a high-pressure blower to produce better cooling results than an air compressor and a large cooling tower combined.
